1. Products
AREZZA JEWELRY sells jewelry and accessories, with particular emphasis on Sterling Silver 925 products and related surface treatments.
Product photographs and descriptions are prepared with the utmost care. Minor differences in color, finish or visual appearance may depend on the screen used or on the characteristics of the product's workmanship. Such differences do not affect the consumer's rights under applicable law.
2. Prices
Prices shown on the website are expressed in euros and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise expressly indicated.
Any shipping costs are shown separately during checkout before the order is confirmed.
3. Orders
Submitting an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase.
The sales contract is considered concluded when AREZZA JEWELRY sends the customer an order confirmation.
AREZZA JEWELRY reserves the right not to accept or to cancel an order in the event of product unavailability, an obvious error in the price or description, inability to complete payment, or other legitimate reasons. In such cases, any amounts already paid will be refunded.

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer when the customer, or a person designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing online have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery of the product, without having to provide any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must clearly communicate their decision by writing to charlie1970696969@gmail.com, indicating the order number and the products they wish to return.
The customer must return the product without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated.
Unless otherwise indicated, the direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer.
AREZZA JEWELRY will refund payments received within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal, including the standard delivery costs originally paid. The refund may be withheld until the returned product has been received or until the customer provides evidence that the product has been sent back.
The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law, for example to products made to measure or clearly personalized.

Products sold to consumers are covered by the legal guarantee provided under applicable law.
If a product is defective or does not conform to its description, the customer may contact AREZZA JEWELRY to request assistance in accordance with applicable law.
